A dog owner had to pay $5,000 to treat her labrador and lost out on business after the dog’s tongue got stuck in a plastic ball and had to have the tongue amputated. The company making the balls refuses to take responsibility. Apparently this incident is not the first, however dogs are described as “piece of property” by the toy maker and “of no value”.
